Winter Book Fair 2024

Winter Book Fair 2024 is here!  Online book sales began in early November, and the book fair will be here at Oakland from December 9-13!  PTO Parent night and Performance is on Tuesday, December 10th - Join us at 4:30 for a special Ribbon Cutting on our brand new library!

We're bringing back Literati this year, and they have some exciting new offerings!

To shop online, visit our Online Book Store HERE! Books purchased online will be delivered to Oakland right after the in-person fair and will be hand delivered to students.  BUT WAIT! There's MORE! Our online Book Store will be open YEAR-ROUND!  All book purchases from our online store support our library throughout the year!

You can also purchase gift cards online that act as a cash-free way for students to shop in-person. Just like with past fairs, gift cards purchased online will be visible to Ms. L during book fair, and kids will be able to shop without having to bring cash (of course, cash is still accepted!). Using Literati gift cards is the easiest way for students to shop - you can purchase them at any time before or during the fair and any leftover funds will be returned to you at the end of the fair!

Finally, Literati also offers a really awesome monthly book club and during the book fair you can join for just ONE DOLLAR! Each month you'll get a curated box full of books.  Pay for what you like, ship back what you don't! Best of all, your book club membership and purchases continue to support our Oakland library throughout the year.
